Housefolio is a web service for tracking property listings as a couple or in a shared workspace. The operator of this instance is Housefolio. Contact for this service is the address on your account, or the one given by whoever runs this instance.

Purpose

Housefolio lets you import listings from property portals, keep notes and scores, and compare options. It does not broker a sale or replace professional advice.

Portals

Idealista, Fotocasa and Habitaclia are trademarks of their respective owners. Housefolio is not affiliated with them. Listing content still belongs to whoever published it; here we only keep a working copy for your search.

Liability

Imported data may be incomplete or out of date. Always check the original listing before calling, visiting or making an offer. The service is offered as-is, subject to the availability of the host and the portals.

Account

You are responsible for the password and for who you invite. Anyone who accepts an invitation sees the same listings, including saved notes and contacts.

Governing law

This notice is governed by Spanish law, in particular the LSSI and the GDPR. For any dispute, the courts of the operator's domicile, unless mandatory rules say otherwise.
